Cold Peach Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. apricot nectar
1 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 pinches cinnamon
12 pitted, peeled peaches
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. sour cream
strawberries
Preparation

Combine nectar, juice and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook peaches in mixture until soft.
Puree in blender. Pour mixture into bowl.
Add cream and sour cream.
Refrigerate. Garnish with strawberries.
Serve with gingersnaps.
