Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    6 firm tomatoes
    1 small onion
    6 sprigs parsley
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a baking dish.
    Blender-crumb bread.
    Wash and dry tomatoes; cut off tops and remove pulp. Sprinkle inside of shells with salt and pepper.
