Sunday Brunch Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. onion and garlic croutons
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. mild sausage or bacon
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
Preparation
    Place croutons in bottom of greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Brown sausage or bacon.
    Drain.
    Cut into bite sized pieces and add to casserole.
    Beat eggs in 2 cups of milk and pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
