Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ears of corn
    6 red peppers
    1 large head of cabbage
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. vinegar
    6 green peppers
    4 large onions
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut corn off cob.
    Chop the pepper, onions and cabbage (I use a blender).
    To this add all the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook together for 20 minutes.
    Seal in sterilized jars.
    Makes 10 pints.
