Zesty Golden Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 medium onion, cut in chunks
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms
    2 (17 oz.) cans corn
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
    Blend in mustard.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until tender-crisp; about 3 minutes.
    Stir in corn and pepper; beat through.
    Stir in parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
