Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook onions in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
