Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 or 4 pieces bread, cubed
    2 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Grease loaf pan.
    Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. In hot butter, saute onion and celery until tender.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Remove from heat.
