Confetti Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, diced
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) diced Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 chopped cucumber
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Combine macaroni, luncheon meat, cheese, green pepper, onion and cucumber.
    Stir well.
    Chill.
