Tuna Rice Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tuna
    2 c. rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    oil
Preparation
    Rinse tuna in boiling water.
    Steam rice.
    Blend tuna with rice, combine with egg mixed with onion, parsley, flour and salt. Shape into flat cakes and brown in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
