Cream Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. cream
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and chill. Roll dough 1/8 inch thick. Cut in 1 1/2 inch rounds. Transfer to waxed paper heavily sprinkled with granulated sugar (I usually use granulated sugar instead of flour when I roll them out and they are already coated). Turn to coat both sides. Put on ungreased baking sheet. Prick with fork. Bake 7-9 minutes at 375\u00b0.
