Stuffed Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yellow squash
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, spinach, broccoli or green beans
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    buttered bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash squash and drop in boiling water.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes or until tender-firm.
    Drain and cool.
    Cook vegetables of choice according to directions, drain and combine vegetable pulp, butter, milk, salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth (blender is helpful).
    Pour into squash shells, sprinkle with crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and broil until golden brown.
