Bishop'S Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange
    whole cloves
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 large bottle Burgundy, Zinfandel or Claret
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stud whole orange with cloves and heat in wine with cinnamon stick for 30 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Stir in sugar.
    Serve at once or keep hot in a double boiler.
    Serves 8.
