Chocolate Pan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    3 tsp. (1 Tbsp.) cocoa
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar and salt.
    In saucepan (I prefer microwave), bring water, margarine, cocoa and oil to a boil.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Beat in eggs, buttermilk and soda.
    Pour into lightly oiled 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    While cake bakes, make frosting and wash dishes!
