Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender in small amount of boiling, salted water.
    Drain.
    Combine with onion and green pepper.
    Combine soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Toss lightly with a fork. Refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.
