Chicken Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 c. rice
    1 soup can water
    1 soup can white wine
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    In a separate bowl, mix the mushroom soup, water and wine together and pour over rice. Roll cut pieces of chicken in dry onion soup and place on top of rice mixture.
    Cover with lid or foil. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and check to see if liquid still in dish as some rice takes more liquid than others.
    Finish baking, uncovered, 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Good leftover just adding water. Cover and warm up 15 to 20 minutes.
