Homemade Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 qt. half and half
    1 (16 oz.) Dannon plain yogurt
Preparation
    Bring milk and half and half to a boil.
    Set aside until lukewarm. Mix yogurt and 2 cups of milk mixture well.
    Put in a bowl with a tight lid and cover with a heavy blanket or quilt. Leave on counter for several hours, then refrigerate.
