Onion-Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation

Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
