Pork Chop-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 browned pork chops
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/4 c. water
    dash of chili pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In greased casserole, place pork chops, onion, pepper and rice.
    Pour in water and undrained tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with seasonings to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
