Super Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped green pepper
    4 large carrots, shredded
    8 to 10 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook, drain and chill macaroni.
    In separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
    Stir sauce into noodles.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
    Keeps up to one week.
