Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted oleo or butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
5 c. very stale French bread, cubed
Preparation

In large bowl mix eggs on high until very frothy at 3 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and butter.
Beat on high speed until well blended.
Add raisins and nuts to mixture. Place bread in greased loaf pan.
Pour egg mixture over bread. Let sit 45 minutes, patting down occasionally.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven immediately.
Lower temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake 40 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425\u00b0, 15 to 20 minutes more.
Serve warm with favorite sauce or ice cream.
