Banana Bread(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium bananas, mashed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Combine shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture stirring only until flour is moistened.
Fold in mashed bananas.
Turn into well-greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until done.
When done, mix 12 packets Equal with 2 tablespoons hot water and pour over bread.
