Rolled Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large chicken thighs
    6 to 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder
    8 oz. cooked spaghetti
    your favorite spaghetti sauce, warmed
Preparation
    Place chicken in kettle and cover with water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to boil, then simmer until tender.
    Remove chicken from broth and bone.
    Cut into large pieces and add 3 tablespoons butter, if needed.
