Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Sift flour with soda and salt, beat into sugar mixture.
Fold in pecans and apples. Pour into tube pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
