Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more roast
    1 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) Heinz ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    buns
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients (except buns) into crock-pot on low heat for 3 1/2 hours. Pull out and put in bowl. Shred beef with fork or potato masher. Put back in crock-pot on medium heat for an additional hour. Put on buns and serve.
