Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunky pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 c. cheese, grated
1 stick butter or margarine
1 whole roll of Ritz crackers
Preparation

Place pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour with cheese.
Add to top of pineapple.
Add
butter and crushed Ritz crackers to top.
Bake at
350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Good as a side dish with ham or
chicken or may be served as a dessert topped with Cool Whip.
