Shrimp And Pasta Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. medium fresh shrimp
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. peeled and grated ginger root
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. veggie
    2 c. hot cooked penne (short tubular pasta)
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, chicken broth and grated lemon rind with wire whisk.
    Coat wok with spray.
    Add ginger root and garlic; fry 1 minute.
    Add shrimp and veggie; fry 3 minutes.
    Add mayo mixture and pasta; cook until heated.
    Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
