Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1 pkg. swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. deli ham
    1/2 can chicken broth
    1 box chicken rice
Preparation
    Flatten out chicken by pounding with mallet.
    Place 1 slice Swiss cheese and 1 slice ham.
    Roll up chicken breast and stick 1 to 2 toothpicks through it to hold it together.
    Add chicken broth. Put in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese starts melting.
    Prepare rice.
    Place rice on plate and put 1 or 2 Cordon Bleu on top.
    Serve and enjoy.
