Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Oil, but do not flour, a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer coconut and chopped pecans on the bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix using directions on box.
Pour over coconut and chopped pecans.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
After the cake has cooled, turn over. Dust with powdered sugar on top, if desired.
