2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. whole pecan halves
2/3 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips or Brach's stars
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup margarine.
Mix at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl often, 2 to 3 minutes or until particles are fine.
Pat firmly into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust.
