Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced cucumbers
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
When partially set, whip with a mixer and then add remaining ingredients.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Unmold and garnish with lettuce and sliced cucumbers.
Serves 6 to 8.
