Excellent Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups flour, sifted
1 scant tsp. salt
1 cup Crisco, cut in
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/3 cup water

Preparation

Measure ingredients before mixing together.
Don't guess!!! Makes 3 single crusts.
