Egg Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together 1 1/2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Add butter.
    Gradually add water. Beat 2 minutes at medium with electric mixer.
    Add eggs, 1/2 cup flour and beat at high speed two minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover and let rise until double, about 35 minutes.
    Punch down.
    Turn into 2 well-greased loaf pans or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover. Let rise again, about 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
