Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey's kisses

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except kisses in a large bowl.
Mix on lowest speed until dough forms.
Shape dough into balls (using a teaspoon).
Roll balls into sugar.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Put a Hershey's kiss in center of each cookie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
