Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts or whole fryer
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. round crackers, Ritz (soda crackers can also be used)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook
    chicken.
    Cut
    in
    small pieces and place in buttered baking
    dish.
    Mix
    soup
    and
    sour cream and pour over chicken. Crush
    crackers and combine with poppy seed.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt margarine and pour over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
