Hot Sweet Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry mustard
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Pour into a double boiler.
    Cook, stirring constantly (about 7 to 10 minutes) until smooth and thickened.
    Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
