Banana Crunch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sliced apples
    2 sliced bananas
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    6 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/3 c. sunflower seeds
    6 lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Wash, core and slice apples.
    Quickly dip in lemon juice; drain.
    Peel and slice bananas.
    Dip in lemon juice; drain.
    In medium size mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and peanut butter. Mix well.
    Stir in sunflower seeds.
    Stir in apple slices until well coated.
    Add bananas; do the same.
    Put lettuce leaves on 6 plates; spoon mixture on.
    Sprinkle with peanuts.
