Dot'S Moist Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. boiling water
    3 c. diced or broken bread (stale biscuits, buns, bread, etc.)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon to taste or 1 tsp.
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk and water.
    Add margarine and let melt.
    Pour over bread to soften.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Set dish in shallow pan of hot water to bake.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until knife blade inserted near middle comes out clean.
    A very nourishing dish.
