Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Scrape carrots and cut into thick slices. Boil in water 10 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook.
    Drain well and place in bowl with garlic, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and oregano.
    Let stand in marinade 12 hours before serving.
