Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    3 green onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    salt to taste
    3 avocados, diced
    1 doz. corn tortillas, cut into strips
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth and water to a slow simmer.
    Add garlic, green onion, cilantro and salt.
    Simmer gently.
    Meanwhile, prepare and place into separate bowls, avocados, tortillas, beans and cheese.
    After broth has simmered for 20 minutes, the meal is ready to serve.
    Ladle broth into bowls and let your guests add the ingredients they prefer.
