Sue'S Perfect Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Place peaches on bottom of oblong baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add beaten egg, tossing with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches and drizzle with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with cinnamon and ice cream, if desired.
    Serves 8.
