Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
4 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Boil the raisins in the water until half of the water is left. Mix the flour and sugar well.
Combine the sour cream, egg yolks, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves.
Mix well.
Add the sugar, flour, raisins and water.
Bring to full boil.
Add 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Put in baked pie shell.
With egg whites, make a meringue.
Spread on pie and brown to a golden brown.
