Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut meat in thin strips (trim off fat).
    Brown meat and mushrooms in butter.
    Add onion.
    Combine soup, sauce and seasonings.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
    (Cool first.)
    Serve with noodles (2 packages).
