Cajun Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boned chicken breast per person
    salad greens: lettuce (Boston, green leaf and anything else you want, red leaf, iceberg, etc.)
    mandarin orange sections
    pineapple chunks
    alfalfa sprouts
    McCormick Creole seasoning or other hot pepper based seasoning
Preparation
    Dredge chicken breasts in seasoning.
    Grill or pan-fry until done. Slice into thin strips.
    Mix salad ingredients and top with warm chicken.
    Top with dressing.
    Try poppy seed and serve.
