Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 slightly beaten egg
    15 oz. tub Ricotta cheese
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. Parmesan
    30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Combine egg, Ricotta and Parmesan. Spread mixture on each noodle.
    Roll each up.
    Spread sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Arrange rolls, seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over all.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
