Meat Sauce For Texas Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburg
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 bottle ketchup
chili powder
red pepper

Preparation

Mash the hamburger and the chopped onion in the water in pan until fine.
Keep stirring until mixture boils; add tomato juice, ketchup, salt and sugar.
Add chili powder and red pepper to suit your taste.
Boil mixture until thick.
Stir to prevent sticking.
