Joeley'S Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 lb. spinach or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1/2 lb. highly seasoned sausage, uncooked and chopped
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon slices, cut into thirds
Preparation
    Melt butter in water in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing. Add remaining ingredients (except bacon).
    Chill 1 hour. Roll or shape into balls.
    Wrap bacon pieces around dressing balls.
    Place on aluminum foil lined shallow baking pan with bacon touching foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, turning once.
    Yields 4 dozen.
