Saucy Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 jars (12 oz. each) apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Put chicken in slow cooker.
    Combine preserves and soup mix; spoon over chicken.
    Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours until tender. Serve over hot cooked rice.
