Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    dry
    ingredients together.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla and blend well.
    Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
