Coq Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. butter
    3 c. red wine
    2 large onions, minced
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash chicken.
    Rub it with salt, pepper and flour.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Brown chicken on both sides and arrange in deep casserole dish.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour to fat in skillet.
    Gradually stir in wine, stirring until thickened and smooth.
    Add onions, garlic, parsley and bay leaves. Pour over chicken breasts.
    Bake, covered for 1 hour.
