Chicken Salad Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 drops red pepper sauce
    2 c. finely cut up cooked chicken
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    3 green bell pepper rings
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper and pepper sauce.
    Stir in chicken, eggs and 1/4 cup green onions.
    Shape into log, 8 x 2-inches.
    Wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
    Cut bell pepper rings to make strips.
    Place strips diagonally across log, dividing log into 4 sections. Sprinkle sesame seed on one section.
    Repeat with
    3 tablespoons onion, the olives and pimiento on remaining sections.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Makes about 4 cups.
